Amare Gouda Design & Build Private Limited

Amare Gouda Design & Build Private Limited is located at M.M. Layout in K.B Sandra. Our office is No. S-3, on the second floor of the Mangala Eshwari Apartments. It’s on 4th D Cross. It is a bit tucked away, but it’s a good spot for us to focus on the design and build side of things. We aren't a huge firm with a glass front office. We just have this space in the apartment building where we do all our planning. The second floor stays relatively quiet despite the traffic nearby. We spend our mornings going over designs and our afternoons out at various sites. K.B Sandra is a busy area, but our little corner feels steady. We’ve got our computers and drawing boards set up. Most of the time, the desks are covered in sketches and site notes. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting room. If you come by, you’ll likely just find one of us working. We’ve lived and worked around Bangalore for a while, so we know how things go here. The building process is always a bit messy and complicated, but we enjoy the challenge. We just take it one project at a time. Being in the Mangala Eshwari Apts works out well for our small team. It’s central enough but far enough from the main noise of the main road.
