All Day Suvai Exports Private Limited is down on the ground floor at No 184 on 9th Main. We are right in the middle of HSR Layout, 7th Sector, which is a pretty active part of Bangalore. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for deliveries and people coming by. We focus on exports, so there is always something being packed or checked. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and making sure the quality of what we send out is okay. HSR has grown a lot, and sometimes the traffic on 9th Main makes it hard for the trucks to get in and out quickly. We just take it as it comes. It’s a lot of long hours sometimes, especially when there are deadlines for shipping. We have our regulars who know where we are. We don't use fancy systems for everything; a lot of it is just notes and spreadsheets that we keep updated ourselves. The staff here is small and we all know each other well. Sometimes the tea break is the best part of the day. We are just trying to keep the business moving and stay organized in this busy city. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the boxes get where they need to go on time. It is a bit hectic but we manage.
