Ali Estate Solutions Llp is based out of Vasudevapura in Bangalore North. Our address is NO 6/7, and we’ve been in this 560064 area for a while now. The office isn’t much to look at, just a functional space where we handle property matters. We spend a lot of time on the road because North Bangalore is quite spread out. When we are actually in the office, it’s usually to catch up on paperwork or make some calls. We don’t have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It’s a small operation where everyone does a bit of everything. Sometimes we’re cleaning the floors, and other times we’re discussing land prices. The neighborhood is a bit quieter than the center of Bangalore, which we appreciate. We have a small fridge for cold water and a few plastic chairs for when people stop by to chat. We don't really do the whole polished business routine. We just speak plainly about what’s available and what the costs are. There are always new developments popping up around Vasudevapura, so there is plenty to keep us occupied. We don't have any slogans or missions. We just wake up, go to the office, and try to be as useful as possible to whoever needs help with their estate needs. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy and we like the independence of it. Usually, we just lock up when the last file is done and head home for some dinner.
