Alanda Builders is based out of Siddapura in the Whitefield area of Bengaluru. Our address is 243/1, and if you know Whitefield, you know it’s always under construction somewhere. We are one of the crews contributing to all that activity. We aren't a massive corporation with a skyscraper office. We work out of a more modest setup where the focus is on the actual construction. Most of our day is spent coordinating with laborers and checking on the progress at different sites around the city. It’s a lot of back-and-forth travel, and the Bangalore traffic doesn't make it any easier. We handle the everyday reality of building, which usually involves a lot of mud, heavy lifting, and making sure the supplies show up on time. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We build things. Sometimes things go perfectly, and other times we’re dealing with rain delays or a machine breaking down. That’s just how it goes in this industry. We’ve been around this part of Bengaluru for a while now and have seen it change a lot. We like being a local business that people can actually talk to without going through five layers of management. It’s just a few of us trying to do a decent job on every project we take on, right here in Siddapura. We just want the walls to be straight and the roofs to stay on tight. It’s about being reliable and showing up when we say we will.
