We spend a lot of time on the phone and in meetings, trying to coordinate the different aspects of property development. It involves a lot of legal work, planning, and then the actual building phase. Our office is where all the coordination happens. It’s a busy place with people coming and going all the time. We aren't interested in using a lot of marketing jargon or making ourselves sound bigger than we are. We just focus on the properties we are developing right now. Dealing with the paperwork in a city like Bangalore takes a lot of patience. Sometimes things move fast, and sometimes everything gets stuck for weeks. We just take it as it comes. We have a small team that handles everything from the initial site check to the final finishing work. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve been doing this long enough to know the ropes. We don't do much advertising; most of our business comes through people we know or past projects. It’s just how we operate.
