We are over at 357 in the A Block of AECS Layout in Bangalore North. This is a pretty busy area with lots of people working in the nearby tech parks. Our hospitality and food work keeps us on our toes from morning until night. The office is a basic room with a few chairs and a lot of folders. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people about food arrangements. It is a bit of a mix between office work and actual food prep planning. The AECS Layout is quite nice with some trees, but it gets very crowded during the lunch hour. We have a small team here and we all share the same big table most of the time. There is always a stack of papers that needs sorting and someone is usually running out to meet a client or check on a delivery. The kitchen equipment we have is just for testing out new things. It isn't a massive corporate headquarters, just a regular space where we get things done. We deal with a lot of different vendors and it can get stressful when someone is late or the traffic is bad. But usually, things work out fine. We have been in this 560037 area for a while and we like the energy of the neighborhood. It is just a lot of everyday coordination and making sure the food is right.
