AJASRA RUBBER INDUSTRIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over at #485 in the 6th Block of Sir M Vishveshwaraya Layout. It’s right near the KLE Law College in Bengaluru. Ajasra Rubber Industries is a small operation, mostly focused on getting rubber parts and materials ready for whoever needs them. The smell of rubber is something you get used to pretty quickly when you work here every day. It’s a bit of a trek to get out to this part of Bangalore sometimes, but the layout is fairly organized. We spend our time checking the quality of what comes in and making sure the machines are running like they should. It’s not a very clean job—your hands usually end up pretty dirty by the end of the shift. We aren’t a massive factory with thousands of workers, just a dedicated group trying to keep things moving. We handle a lot of different rubber components, and some are harder to work with than others. Sometimes the heat in the workshop gets to be a bit much, especially in the summer months, but we have some fans that help a little. We don’t have any big speeches about what we do. It’s just about making sure the rubber is cut right or molded right and getting it packed up. If there’s a mistake, we just fix it and move on to the next batch. It’s what we do and we’ve been doing it for a while now.
