You can find us at 565/2 on the 63rd Cross in Rajajinagar 5th Block. It’s a very traditional part of Bangalore, and we like being here because it feels more like a real neighborhood than some of the newer areas. Ajahsma Consulting is what we call ourselves. We do a lot of different things related to business advice, but at the end of the day, it’s just us giving our best guess based on what we know. The office is in an old building, so the ceilings are high and it stays relatively cool even when it's hot outside. We have a lot of books and old folders piled up in the corners. We aren't the most organized group in the world, but we know where everything is. We don't use any of that corporate speak that makes your head spin. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because that’s how we see them. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for years. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and talking through things until they make sense. It’s not a fast-paced environment where everyone is shouting into headsets. It’s more of a place where you sit down and think for a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest consulting firm in the city. We just want to be the one that people trust because we don't try to fool them with big words or empty promises they know we can't keep.
