Aj Umar Constructions Private Limited

We set up Aj Umar Constructions Private Limited over in HBR Layout. You can find our place at No. 212, 1st Main, right where the 2nd Cross meets in the 4th Block. It's a quiet enough street for an office. We do a lot of residential and small commercial builds around this area. Most of the time, our boots are a bit muddy because we spend half the day at various sites. We aren't the type to sit behind a computer all day if we can help it. There is always a lot to manage, like talking to the suppliers or making sure the plumbing is going in right. We keep things pretty informal here. If someone has a question about a house we're building, they just come by and we talk it through over a tea. We don't have a fancy marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on doing a decent job so people tell their neighbors. It's a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day I'm looking at accounts, and the next I'm helping unload a truck. That is just how a small construction business runs. We've been in the 1st Stage of this layout for a while now and know most of the people around. It’s nice working in a place where you recognize the faces on the street.
