Aisri Developers Private Limited is located at Plot # V 12, Industrial Estate, Kumbalgodu, right off the Bangalore Mysore Highway. Being in an industrial estate means it gets pretty loud and busy around here with trucks and machinery all the time. We don’t mind it though, because that’s the kind of work we do. We handle development projects and we’ve been at this for a good stretch of time. The highway is always packed, so getting in and out of the office can be a bit of a challenge depending on the hour. Our space isn't meant for showing off; it’s a functional place where we plan our projects and meet with our guys. We handle the usual stuff like site planning and making sure the construction is actually happening. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things don’t go perfectly, like when a delivery gets stuck in traffic or a machine breaks down. We just deal with it and move on. We aren't a big corporate firm with a lot of layers. If you call, you’re probably talking to one of the people who was just out on the site. We like the practical side of things. Building isn't always pretty, but it’s necessary. We focus on getting the structures up and making sure they are done right. It’s simple work, even if the details get complicated. We’re just regular people trying to do a solid job.
