AISHDEEP CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is located at No. 10, 1st Cross, in the 5th A Block of Bhavani HBCS. This is in Kattriguppe, part of the BSK 3rd Stage in Bangalore. We’ve been operating out of this area for a while now. It’s a residential-feeling spot which we like because it’s a bit more grounded. Construction is what we do, and it’s usually quite messy and loud, so having a quiet office to come back to is nice. We are just a group of people who know how to get buildings up. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just have a list of things that need to get done today and another list for tomorrow. Being in 560085, we are close enough to the main roads but tucked away just enough. The office has a few desks and a lot of rolled-up blueprints. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask about a project. We aren't a huge firm with a human resources department or a marketing budget. We just talk to people directly. If a pipe leaks or a wall needs fixing, that’s what we deal with. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We spend a lot of time driving around BSK 3rd Stage checking on things. It’s just regular life for us, working hard and making sure the jobs are finished. We don't make it more complicated than that.
