You can find Aireal Buildcon Private Limited over in KR Puram, specifically in Ayyappan Nagar. Our office is 001 in the Sri Sai Brindavan building on 5th Cross. It’s near Cambridge Garden and the Kodigehalli Main Road. If you know Bangalore traffic, you know that KR Puram can be a bit of a nightmare during office hours, so we try to get an early start. Most of our work is local building stuff. We have a small team that manages the sites and handles the administrative side of things. It is a bit dusty because of all the road work nearby, but that’s just how it is here. The office is pretty simple, nothing too flashy. We have our desks and a space for the site maps. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers for sand and steel. It’s a practical business. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the build. Sometimes we have to deal with the rain making the sites a mess, which slows everything down. A lot of our day is just solving small problems before they become big ones. We like being in this part of town because it’s where a lot of new growth is happening. We are just a group of people working in construction and trying to keep things organized.
