Airavata Builders and Developers Privatelimited operates out of the Citrus Building, specifically in room 402 on the 3rd Main, 3rd Cross in Suddagunte Palya. This is in the C.V. Raman Nagar area of Bangalore, zip code 560093. We have been in the Citrus Building for a bit now. Being builders and developers means we have a lot on our plates. Some days we are looking at pieces of land, and other days we are managing the actual construction on site. It is a lot of back and forth. Suddagunte Palya is a busy little pocket of Bangalore, and our office on the 3rd Main is usually full of activity. We aren't the type of people who like big corporate meetings or using a lot of buzzwords. We just like to get things built. Developing property takes a lot of patience because there are always permits to wait for and materials that don't show up on time. We just deal with those things as they come up. Our team is pretty small and we’ve worked together for a while. We know the C.V. Raman Nagar neighborhood well and have seen it change quite a bit. We don't really do the whole luxury sales talk. We just focus on building spaces that people can actually use. It is a lot of hard work and long days, but that is what we do here in Bangalore.
