Aimsky Learning Solutions Llp is located in Bangalore South, specifically over in K.C. Halli. Our office is in a residential-style building called Sri Nandi Residency, on the third floor in unit 302. It’s on the 2nd Main Road, which is usually easy to navigate if you know the landmarks. We set this up as a small partnership because we wanted to work on learning tools and solutions that actually make sense for people. Since we’re in an apartment building, it doesn’t feel like a cold, corporate office. It feels more like a workspace where we can actually focus. We spend our days developing content and figuring out better ways for students to grasp difficult concepts. It’s just a few of us here, so things are pretty informal. We drink a lot of coffee and spend hours looking at screens or sketching out ideas on whiteboards. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate. We don't have a massive team or a receptionist greeting people at the door; usually, one of us just gets up to answer when someone knocks. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We handle everything ourselves, from the tech side to the administrative stuff. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, but it’s our business and we like the independence of it. We just focus on getting the work done properly for whoever needs our help.
