The office is small and purely for work, situated on the road that leads to the temple. You see all kinds of people passing by all day long. We focus on property deals within Vasantha Nagar and the surrounding central areas. It’s all about personal contact here. We don't have a corporate structure or a complicated website. If someone wants to know about a house, we go and inspect it ourselves. The building we are in is an older one, but it suits us just fine. We spend a lot of time keeping track of local news and who might be looking to sell their place. It’s a very grounded way to earn a living. We aren't interested in becoming a massive firm. Staying right here and doing our work is enough for us. The large trees on our street give us some nice shade when we are out and about.
