We’ve been here at Sathyam Street for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Munnekollala. People ask what we do since our name is a bit long, but mostly we just help other businesses get their stuff sorted out. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just us working at 1st Cross. Sometimes the traffic outside gets pretty loud, especially in the evenings, but we like being in this part of Bangalore. It feels like a real neighborhood. We spend most of our time at our desks, answering emails and making sure things are moving along. There isn't really a secret to how we work. We just show up every day and try to be helpful to whoever calls us. Some of us have lived in the city our whole lives, and some just moved here recently. It's a mix. We don’t really do big meetings with PowerPoint slides. It's more about talking things through and figuring out what needs to get done next. If you walk past Sathyam Street, you might see us coming and going from the building. We keep things pretty quiet for the most part. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished. No big stories or fancy mottos here, just people doing their jobs in Munnekollala.
