Advika Real Infra Developers Privatelimited is located over at 1/31 Chidri. It is a simple spot and we don't really have a lot of the fancy things you see in big city offices. It is just a place where we get the work done. Mostly, we are focusing on local infrastructure stuff and trying to keep the projects on schedule. It is a lot of coordination with different people, and sometimes things get a bit messy with the schedules. We don't really have a big staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to going out to the site to check on the bricks. The weather around here can be tough, but we just keep at it. Chidri is a quiet place for the most part, which is nice for getting work done without too many distractions. We have some basic desks and a few chairs for when people come to visit. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and trying to figure out the best way to move forward with the building plans. It is not always easy, and there are plenty of days where we feel like we are falling behind. But that is just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't trying to be anything we are not. We just show up every day and do the best we can with what we have got. That is pretty much our whole story.
