You can find us at No. 9 on Edward Road, right at the Queens Road Cross in the Pine View building, room 101. This is right in the heart of Bangalore, so it is always noisy with the sounds of horns and people outside. We focus on baking concepts and ideas, which means there is often the smell of flour and yeast in the air. Since this is an OPC, it is a small, focused operation. The kitchen area is small but we have squeezed in some good ovens and some stainless steel counters. It is a bit of a tight fit when we have a lot of dough rising. The lighting isn't great but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time experimenting with different temperatures and crusts. Sometimes a batch doesn't turn out right and we have to start over, which is frustrating but that is just how it goes. The traffic on Queens Road is a nightmare in the evenings, so we try to finish up before the worst of it starts. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of people looking after the timers and the ingredients. The floors are always a bit dusty with flour no matter how much we sweep. It is a practical little spot and we have been here in the 560052 area code for a bit now. We keep the inventory simple and just focus on the heat of the ovens.
