We are located at No 9, Sri Venkateshwara Nilaya. This is on the first floor in the NRI Layout of Ramamurthy Nagar. We have been doing our work as Advaita Builders And Developers Private Limited from this spot for quite a while. The office is in a residential-style building, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a standard office block. We spend a lot of our time going over construction plans and talking to our site supervisors. There are usually samples of tiles or bricks laying around somewhere. It is a busy place, but we try to keep it friendly. Ramamurthy Nagar is a growing area, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people find us because they live nearby or have seen our signs at building sites. We just like to get on with the building work and not make too much of a noise about it. The day usually starts with a lot of phone calls and ends with us tidying up the latest set of drawings. We aren't a huge team, so everyone does a bit of everything. It’s honest work and we take it seriously. If you come up to the first floor, you’ll likely find us buried under some paperwork or talking about the next phase of a project. It’s just how we operate.
