ADP Realpro Structure Private Limited is out in Bilishaivale, near the Bidrahalli Nagaragiri Township. Our address is No 46, and it’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main city center. We like it out here because it’s a bit more open. Our office is part of the township area, so we see a lot of the same faces every day. We work on structures and real estate projects. It involves a lot of checking on materials and making sure the workers know what they are doing. We aren't sitting in a high-rise office with glass windows. It’s a practical workspace where we can keep an eye on things. We have a table for meetings and a couple of computers that are always running. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts, but we just wait it out or find something else to do. We usually bring our own lunch from home and eat together. It’s a very simple environment. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just tell people what we do and show them the work. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the township grow around us. It’s a steady kind of life, and we are fine with how things are moving along. There is always a lot to do, and we just handle it one step at a time.
