You can find us over on Kalyana Mantapa Road in the Kamakshipalya New Extension. Our place is at No. 137. It’s a lively area with a lot of traffic passing by throughout the day. Aditya Mangalam Builders & Developers Llp is basically just a group of us who know how to put buildings together. We’ve been at this for a while, handling everything from the initial digging to the final roofing. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It's a functional space where we meet with contractors and go over the budget. We spend a lot of time talking to local suppliers for sand, cement, and bricks. Getting the right materials delivered on time is half the battle in this line of work. We aren't big on corporate talk or fancy presentations. If you come by, you’ll likely find us drinking coffee and looking at site plans spread out on the table. The extension here has grown a lot, and we’ve been busy keeping up with the demand. Sometimes the paperwork for these projects gets a bit overwhelming, but we manage to get through it. We don't promise the moon, we just focus on getting the walls up straight and the plumbing working. It’s noisy in the office sometimes because of the road outside, but we’re used to it. We just keep working away at our projects, making sure we stay on schedule as much as the local weather permits us to.
