Adhunika Readymix Concrete (OPC) Private Limited is located over in M.K. Extension. Our specific spot is No. 29/3 on the 4th Cross in MSR Nagar. This part of Bangalore North is always busy with some kind of construction or road work. We deal with concrete, which is about as basic and essential as it gets for any kind of building. To be honest, it is a messy job. There is almost always a bit of dust in the air and the constant sound of mixers going in the background. We don’t try to make our work sound like something it isn't. Concrete is heavy, it dries fast, and you have to get the mix right the very first time or it causes big problems later. We spend most of our time coordinating the trucks and making sure the specific mix is exactly what the site needs. Being in MSR Nagar, we are right in the middle of all the action. The 4th Cross can get a bit tight when the big vehicles are moving through, but we have learned how to manage it over time. It is just a small group of us here who know how concrete behaves in this heat. We do not have a fancy office culture or anything like that. Most of our talk is about slump tests and delivery times.
