You can find us at Raheja Plaza on Commissariat Road. We are on the second floor, room 206. This part of Bangalore, around Shoolay Tank and Ashok Nagar, has a very specific feel to it. D’Souza Circle is always busy and there is always something going on right outside our door. Being in the heart of the city means we are close to everything, which helps when we need to meet people. The office itself is pretty functional. We have some old chairs and a big table where we spread out all the technical drawings. It’s not the quietest place because of the city sounds, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’ve been operating out of this area for a while and we know the local rhythm well. Most of our day is spent balancing paperwork with actual site visits. We don’t bother with fancy decorations or making the place look like a showroom. It’s a working office for a working construction company. Sometimes the elevator in the plaza is a bit slow, so we take the stairs. We have a small corner for making tea and that’s about as fancy as it gets. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. It is a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We are just a local crew doing our thing in Ashok Nagar.
