We are located over in Koramangala, right on the 2nd floor of the Kabra Excelsior building in the 1st Block. If you know the area, it is 7th Cross, a pretty busy spot usually. We have been working as property developers for a while now. Most days you will find us caught up in paperwork or talking to people about land and buildings. It is a lot of back and forth with contractors and site visits, making sure things are moving along. The office isn't anything too fancy, just a place where we get the daily work done. We handle the technical side of developing properties, trying to figure out the best way to use the space we have available. Sometimes it gets hectic with the traffic in 6/A, but we manage to get through it. People stop by to ask about plots or how the construction is going on certain projects. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks in. It is mostly just a group of us who know the local real estate scene quite well. We aren't trying to be some giant corporate entity, just a local team doing our job. We deal with the daily headaches of permits and planning so the folks buying the homes do not have to. It is hard work, but seeing a building actually go up from nothing is a decent feeling at the end of the day.
