You can find us at 193/1 M.G.Road on the first floor. It is a lively spot to be in, right in the middle of everything. Adarsh Nivas Realtors Llp operates out of this one main room where we have our desks pushed up against the walls. The floorboards creak a little when you walk over to the window to see what the traffic is like on the street below. We’ve got a small fan that rattles in the corner, but it does the job when the afternoon heat kicks in. Most of the people who come in are neighbors or folks who saw our name on the door while walking past. We spend a lot of time looking over local listings and making sure all the addresses are correct in our books. It is not a very quiet office because of all the activity on M.G. Road, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy; whoever is closest to the door usually just looks up and says hello. Sometimes we bring in lunch and eat together at the big table in the back. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We just focus on the work at hand and try to keep things moving. It’s been our base for a long time and we like being part of the daily bustle here. Sometimes we stay after hours just to enjoy the silence.
