Action Change Things (Act) Foundation

We have been working out of this spot at Chilla Village for a while now. It is right across from the Upkar Apartments. Most people around here just call us Act for short. We keep things pretty simple in the office. It is not a fancy place at all, just a room where we get things done. Some days it stays quiet, while other days there is a lot of noise coming from the neighbors or the street. We started this whole thing because there was a lot to fix in the area. It did not make sense to just sit around and watch. Life in Mayur Vihar Phase 4 can be busy, and we just try to keep up with it. We do not have a big team or a lot of money to throw at problems. We just look at what is right in front of us and try to sort it out. If a fence is broken or someone needs help with local paperwork, we try to step in. It is just practical stuff. We do not spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. Most of the work happens outside on the street or talking to people nearby. The address is KN No. 114, and if you find the Upkar flats, you have basically found us. We do not have a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, someone is just sitting there with a cup of tea. It is just how we operate.
