Achala Developers Private Limited is based at No. 312, 2Nd A Cross, Girinagar 1St Phase. We are right near Vivekananda Park, which is a nice landmark for people trying to find us. Girinagar is a quiet residential neighborhood and we like it that way. Most of our work involves developing property and building houses for families. It’s a lot of responsibility because people are putting their money into a place they want to live in for a long time. We take that seriously, even if we don't use a lot of big, fancy words to describe it. Our office is just a regular building where we keep our files and meet with people. It’s not very big, but it’s where all the planning happens. We’ve had some good days and some really stressful ones, especially when materials don't show up or when the rain stops work for a week. That’s just the nature of this business. We are a small team and we do a lot of the work ourselves. We aren't trying to be the most famous developers in the city. We just want to build houses that are solid and finish our projects on time. We’ve been around Girinagar for a while and we know the streets and the people here. It feels like home to us, and we try to treat every project like it’s in our own backyard for neighbors we know.
