Accura Global Advisers (Opc) Privatelimited is located at 1001 in the Shitiratna Complex. We are right near the Radisson hotel and the Panchvati Cross area, which is a pretty well-known part of town. Being up on the tenth floor gives us a bit of distance from the noise of the street below. It is a good spot for advising people because it stays relatively quiet in the office. We have a simple desk setup where we handle all the global advisory stuff that our name mentions. Since this is an OPC, it is a very personal operation. There is not a huge team running around, just a focused space to get things done. The building itself is quite busy with other companies, so there is a lot of energy in the hallways and near the lifts. We often have documents spread out all over the main desk while we are working through different cases. The walk from the parking area can be a bit long sometimes, but the location at Panchvati Cross is very central for everyone. We do not use any fancy jargon or have expensive art on the walls. It is just a place where we sit down, look at the facts, and give the best advice we can. We like the routine of coming in, getting the coffee started, and tackling the day's tasks one by one in our tenth-floor office.
