If you have ever been to MG Road in Bangalore, you know how hectic it can be. We are right in the middle of it at Barton Center. Our office is unit 1108 on the 11th floor. Being in such a big building means there is always someone in the elevator or walking through the lobby. It’s a far cry from a quiet neighborhood office. At Accord Colours Media Llp, we spend a lot of time looking out at the city from high up. The view is probably the most polished thing about us. Inside the office, it’s a bit more chaotic. There are stacks of files and things piled up on the corner desks. We aren't the type to have everything perfectly organized in little bins. It’s more of a functional mess where everyone knows where their own stuff is. The noise from the street below doesn't really reach us up here, which is nice when we need to focus. We get our lunch from the small spots nearby or just bring something from home. It’s a lot of hours spent at the computers. No one here is trying to be a big shot. We just show up, do what’s expected, and handle the day as it comes. MG Road is always changing, but we’ve stayed put here in Barton Center for a good while. It is just our regular spot for work and we are used to it.
