Abr Constructions (Opc) Private Limited is based out of No 1406 on 23rd Main in Bsk 2nd Stage. Banashankari is one of those places that always feels like home, no matter how much it grows. Our office is a simple setup on the main road. Being an OPC means it’s a one-person company on paper, but I’ve got a small crew that helps me out with everything. We do a lot of residential construction and some commercial stuff when it comes our way. I spend most of my day driving between the office and various project sites. It’s a lot of juggling schedules and making sure the cement and sand are where they need to be. We don't have a marketing department or a big advertising budget. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who saw us working on a neighbor’s house. I like to keep things practical. If someone wants to build something, we sit down with a cup of coffee and figure out how to make it happen without overcomplicating the process. There are always challenges, like getting the right permits or dealing with the narrow streets in Bsk, but we manage to get through it. It’s a modest business, and we are happy staying that way. We just want to do honest work that stays standing for a long time. It’s not about being the most famous name in town. We focus on the bricks and mortar and let the results speak.
