Abo Al-Hadi Developers Private Limited is located over in Domlur Layout. We are in the Ranka Heights building, specifically unit 861. It is on the 7th Cross. Domlur is a funny place because it feels like a village sometimes but it is right in the middle of everything. Our office is not very big, but it serves its purpose for our development work. We spend our mornings going through property documents and talking to contractors. Most of the guys are out on the field for the better part of the day. The 560071 area is always buzzing with activity, so there is never a quiet moment outside the window. We started this because we knew the area well. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls and a lobby. It’s just a room with some desks, a few computers, and a lot of files stacked up. We deal with the typical local issues that come with property development in Bangalore. There’s always someone stopping by to ask about a project or a site update. We drink a lot of coffee from the shop downstairs. The work is mostly about coordinating between different people and making sure the construction schedules are being met, more or less. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy titles here. We just show up and do what needs doing to keep the projects on track.
