Aan Builders and Developers is based out of Koramangala, specifically in the St Bed area. You can find our office at Flat 103 in Balaji Greens, which is on 5th Cross in Friends Colony. It’s a residential-feeling spot, which actually fits us pretty well. We’re an LLP that handles various building and development tasks around this part of Bangalore. Being in Koramangala means we’re right in the middle of a lot of growth, which keeps us pretty occupied. We don't have a giant headquarters; it's just a functional space where we handle the books and meet with people. Most of our day is spent out on the ground, checking on how things are coming along. Construction isn't a neat business. There’s always dust, noise, and something that needs fixing at the last minute. We don’t try to sugarcoat it. We’re just a group of people who know how to put a building together. Sometimes we run into delays because of the rain or a late delivery, but we just keep pushing through. We don't have any interest in corporate jargon. We’d rather just talk about the materials we're using or the timeline for a project. It’s a straightforward way to work.
