Bangalore-560068 is a pretty lively spot to work in. There is always something happening right outside our office window. We have been building and developing properties in this city for a good amount of time. It is a lot of juggling different tasks. One day we are looking at land, and the next we are talking to various contractors. It’s never a dull moment. We don't really go for the high-pressure sales stuff. We just show people what we can do and let the work speak for itself. The office is often a bit cluttered with papers and maps, but we know where everything is. Building things takes a lot of patience. There are always delays you don't expect, like rain or transport issues. We just try to stay calm and work through them. Koramangala is a competitive area, but we have managed to find our own place here. We have a few people who handle the office side and a bigger group out on the construction sites. It is a team effort every day. We don't claim to be perfect, but we do try very hard to get things finished. Most of our day is spent making phone calls and checking on the site progress. It is just the reality of being a builder.
