Aabrosh Realtech Private Limited is up on the first floor of building 1109/3-1 in JP Nagar. Specifically, we are on 47th Cross in the 1st Phase. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, and 560078 is a zip code we know inside and out. The office has a few desks and a very old sofa where we sometimes take a nap if the afternoon gets too slow. We don’t really do marketing or anything like that; people usually find us through word of mouth or by just seeing our sign on the street. Most of the time, we are busy looking at different real estate projects or helping people figure out their property documents. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy coffee machine or glass walls. It’s just a regular room with some posters of local maps and a lot of pens that usually run out of ink when you need them. We talk to all kinds of people every day, from neighbors to folks moving into the city for the first time. The traffic in JP Nagar can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we often stay late just to avoid the drive home. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything. We just try to be helpful and get the job done right. It’s a lot of manual work, checking records and visiting sites, but we like being out and about. It keeps the day interesting for us all.
