You can find us at 13/2 Budha Vihar Road in the northern part of Bangalore. This area is quite busy and loud, and we are right in the middle of all that noise. We deal with the restaurant and hospitality side of things. It’s a lot of work behind the scenes that people don’t usually see when they are eating. Most of our time is spent managing kitchens and making sure the staff has what they need to do their jobs. It’s not a glamorous job at all. There’s a lot of grease, heat, and long hours spent on your feet. We don’t have a fancy head office. We mostly work out of the back rooms or small desks at the places we manage. Sometimes the supplies don't arrive on time, and we have to scramble to find a replacement from the local market. That’s just part of the restaurant life. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. We just make sure there is food on the table and the places are kept clean enough. We have a lot of different people working for us, from cooks to cleaners. Everyone just pitches in when things get busy. Bangalore North is a fast-paced place, and we have to keep up with that energy every day. There is always a lot of honking from the street, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't a big chain with a huge budget. We are just people trying to stay busy and keep things running properly.
