A2Z Antifragility Foundation

Our office is over in Jayanagar, which is one of the older, greener parts of Bangalore. We are specifically located in the 8th Block, at Adarsh Residency. It’s an apartment building on 47th Cross, and our unit is B-301. Jayanagar is a nice place to be because of all the trees and the parks, though finding parking on 47th Cross can be a real headache some days. We’ve been running A2Z Antifragility Foundation from this spot for a little while. It’s more of a residential vibe than a cold business district, which suits us just fine. Inside B-301, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee mugs. We aren't the type to have a big reception desk or a shiny logo on the wall. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Living and working in the same area means we don't have to deal with the worst of the Bangalore traffic every single day, which is a huge relief. The building is quiet enough that we can actually hear ourselves think. We spend a lot of time on calls or organizing our notes. It’s a simple setup for a group of people who just want to get work done without a lot of fuss. Most of us have lived in South Bangalore for years, so we know the local shops and where to get the best snacks for the afternoon break. It's just a regular office life.
