3Q Media Llp is a small company sitting on the first floor at 40 K No 333 in Nagareshwara Naganahalli village. We are out in the KR Puram area of Bangalore North. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city center, but we like the spot. Being in a village area like Naganahalli gives us a slightly different vibe than the usual tech hubs. We work on media-related things, mostly sitting around our desks and bouncing ideas off each other. The office is pretty simple, just some tables, chairs, and our computers. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just focus on the work itself. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets noisy, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a real place with real people working hard. We’ve got a few folks who have been with us since the start. We usually eat lunch together or grab something from the stalls nearby. It's not a corporate environment at all. We wear casual clothes and talk like normal people do. If you happen to be in the KR Puram area and look for our building, you'll see we're just part of the local landscape. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, we just want to do decent work for the people who hire us. That's about it for us. We just keep our heads down and keep moving.
