Vrikshamitra Foundation

Vrikshamitra Foundation is based out of Jigani, specifically at 158 in the Celebrity Lakeview Layout. We are down in the Anekal part of the region, which is a bit of a drive from the main city center of Bangalore. The layout is usually quiet, which is nice for the kind of work we do. We don't have a huge staff or a flashy headquarters. Our office is just a regular building where we organize our projects. The name Vrikshamitra means a lot to us, and we try to live up to it in our own small way. We aren't interested in corporate talk or sounding like we have all the answers. We just know that the area around here could use a bit of care. Most of our days are spent talking to locals or checking on things in the neighborhood. We don't use fancy marketing tricks to get attention. We just do the work and let people see it for themselves. If you're looking for us, we’re usually around the layout somewhere. The air feels a bit different out here in Jigani compared to the city. We like the pace of life here. It’s honest and straightforward. We’re just a group of friends and neighbors who wanted to start something meaningful at home. That’s what we do every day at number 158, and we hope it helps.
