Our office is located in Flat No. 407 at Sanathana Arcade, which is over in Kumbena Agrahara. It’s in the Belathur area, and if you know the Kad part of Bangalore, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s an apartment-style setup, so it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office. We have a few desks set up in the main room and a small area for meetings. Being in a residential building means it stays fairly quiet, which is nice when we have to go through complicated legal documents. We handle a lot of property work for people around this side of the city. Sometimes the lift in the arcade takes a minute, so we usually tell people to give themselves a bit of extra time. The view from the fourth floor is mostly other buildings and some construction going on nearby. Bangalore is always growing, and we see it happening right outside our window every day. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us trying to make sure the property deals go through without too many headaches. We keep a kettle in the corner for tea, and there’s usually some snacks around if the day gets long. We just take things one day at a time and try to be honest with everyone who comes to see us.
