Tmb Foods

If you drive down the Karnataka State Road through Channagondanahalli, you will find Tmb Foods at number 526. It is a busy road with lots of trucks and buses passing by all day. Our building is right there on the edge of it. We deal with food products, so there is always a lot of movement happening inside. Sometimes it smells like spices, and other times it is just the smell of cardboard boxes. We start our day pretty early, usually before the sun is fully up, to get things ready before the main traffic starts. The floor is concrete and stays cool, which is nice when the weather gets warm outside. We have a small area in the back for storage and a couple of tables where we do the packing. It’s not a huge operation, but we stay busy. People from around here often stop by just to see what is new. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights. Most people find us because they know the road well. Dealing with food means we have to be careful about how things are stored, so we spend a lot of time checking dates and cleaning up. It is honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. Sometimes the neighbors come over for a chat while we are loading up a delivery. That is just how life goes in Channagondanahalli.
