Sdmp Hr Solutions Private Limited is located out in Hoskote, which is quite a drive if you are coming from the middle of Bangalore. We are tucked away in Krishna Reddylayout, specifically on the 2nd Cross. Our office is actually part of a residence, C/O A. Srinivasa. It makes the whole work environment feel a lot more personal and less like a cold office building. Doddadunnasandra is a place that still has a bit of that old-town feel to it, which we actually quite like. It’s a lot quieter here than the main city hubs. Sometimes you might hear some construction going on nearby or just the usual neighborhood sounds like kids playing or people talking on the street. We started this because we saw a need for what we do in this area. It isn't a massive operation with hundreds of employees. We are a small team, and we know each other's names and families. Our desks are usually piled with papers and folders because we are always busy with something or other. The internet can be a bit spotty when it rains, but we manage. People around here know us, and we often have neighbors dropping by for a chat. It’s a very grounded way to work, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just show up every morning, drink some coffee, and get to it. It is a humble setup, but it suits the kind of work we do every single day.
