You can find us over at 847, Flower Circle, right on Ashoka Road in Sidlaghatta. It is a busy spot, especially in the mornings when the market around the circle is waking up. Sai Vinayaka Foods is where we spend our time handling various food products. It’s not a massive factory with robots; it’s mostly just people doing things by hand and keeping an eye on everything. The building isn't brand new, and the paint might be peeling a little in the corners, but the work inside is steady. We handle a lot of different orders throughout the week, and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with deliveries coming in and out of the Ashoka Road traffic. Most of the people working here are local, so we all know each other well and talk about our families while we work. We don't use big words or try to act like we are some huge corporation from the city. We just get the food packed and ready for the local shops and kitchens that rely on us. Sometimes the rain makes the street outside a mess, but we just keep going. It is a simple life of managing inventory and making sure things are sorted properly.
