Rescom Properties Private Limited

Out in Kannamangala, Rescom Properties Private Limited is based at SBC The Nest. We are at C-504 on the Kadugodi-Hoskote Main Road. This area is much further from the city center, but the road is getting more crowded every day. We chose this spot because there is so much new building happening out here. Our office is actually inside a residential complex, which makes it feel quiet and tucked away. Most of our work is with the new apartment projects that are popping up in the vicinity. We aren't a big company with a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a regular space where we keep our property records and meet with people. We spend a good portion of the day visiting construction sites nearby. It’s interesting to watch how the area is changing from open fields into a busy residential hub. We don't bother with much advertising. Most people find us because they are already looking to move to this side of town. The air feels a bit fresher out here, which we appreciate after being in the city. We just handle the daily property needs for the neighborhood without making things overly complicated or stressful for anyone involved. We usually bring our own lunch because there aren't many places to eat around here yet, which gives us a chance to sit and talk.
