We are based out of Shed No.B-04 in the Doddaballapura Industrial Estate. Ravimax Engineers Private Limited has been in this spot in Veerapura for a while. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories, so it’s always loud and there are trucks moving in and out all day long. It’s a gritty environment, but it suits the kind of engineering work we do. We don't have fancy carpets or air-conditioned lobbies. It’s a shed, and it’s where the actual work happens. We spend our time fixing machines, welding, and figuring out mechanical problems for other businesses. Sometimes the heat in the shed gets to be a lot during the summer, but we just drink more water and keep going. Most of our guys have been working with their hands since they were kids. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. People just know we are here in Doddaballapura if they need something engineered or repaired. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. There are plenty of challenges, like when a machine breaks down or we can't get a specific part, but that's just a normal Tuesday for us. We just keep the tools sharp and show up every morning ready to work. There is always something to fix or a problem to solve in the estate.
