Our place is located out in Bylahalli, over in Hoskote Taluk. If you’re heading towards Ayurveda Gram, you’ll find us at number 163/4. It’s a bit quieter out here compared to the main city, which is nice for the hospitality side of things. We tackle both building work and some hospitality ventures. It’s a mix that keeps us on our toes. Some days we are looking at blueprints for a new site, and other days we are worried about guest rooms or kitchen supplies. We’ve been operating under the name Nmgr Build And Hospitality Ventures Llp for some time now. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the things we build actually last and the people who stay with us are comfortable. The commute to Hoskote can be long, but it’s worth it when the weather is good. We’ve got a small crew. Most of them have been with us since we started. We don’t have any fancy brochures. We just talk to people face to face. If someone needs a project managed or a space looked after in this area, they usually drop by the office. It’s a practical way of doing business. No big promises, just showing up every morning and seeing what needs to get finished by the end of the day. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
