Ice Gola Corner

We are located at 327, Sarjapura Main Road, right here in Attibele. It’s a small corner spot where we make ice golas all day. The road outside is always busy with trucks and cars going past. It gets pretty dusty and hot, so having a cold treat makes sense for people. We have a simple machine for shaving the ice and some bottles of syrup. It isn't anything fancy, just a basic setup that works. We have been here for a few years now and have gotten used to the noise of the traffic. Sometimes kids come by after school and they can never decide which flavor they want. We just wait while they think about it. It’s a lot of manual work, especially when there is a line of people waiting. My hands stay cold most of the time from handling the ice blocks. We try to keep the area clean, but with the syrup and the melting ice, it’s a constant task. We don’t have a big staff, just us working the counter and making sure everything is ready for the next person. People usually stand around the shop to eat their golas and chat for a bit. It’s a nice way to spend the afternoon. We stay open until late evening because that is when most people are heading home. It's just a regular local business. We do our best and hope people like the golas.
