So, Grill House Cafe Private Limited is our place in Vijayapura. We are located at W/O Nanjundaiah, specifically on 3rd Cross in Ashoknagar. It is a bit of a quiet area compared to the city center, which we actually quite like. Bangalore Rural has a different pace of life, and we have settled in nicely here. We started this place because we wanted to bring something local to the neighborhood. It is not a huge operation at all. Mostly, it is just a few of us making sure the grills are hot and the customers are taken care of. Sometimes we run out of things, or the delivery truck is late because of the roads, but that is just part of the business. We do not use any big words or corporate talk because that is not who we are. We are just regular people from the community. The building itself is simple, and we spend a lot of our time just keeping it clean and ready for the next day. Our neighbors in Ashoknagar are good people, and they have been very supportive since we first opened up on 3rd Cross. We focus on the daily stuff, like prep work and washing up. It is tiring, but it feels good at the end of a long shift. We are just happy to be part of the local scene here in the 562135 area. We like our spot just fine.
