You’ll find us over at Silicon Spring Apartments in Belathur. We’re in B Block, Flat 302 on the third floor. It’s a bit of a trek out towards Hosakote, but it’s a growing area. Working out of an apartment keeps things feeling more personal, I think. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything. Mostly, we work with people who are looking for places in this specific part of Bangalore Rural. The view from the third floor isn't bad, you can see how much construction is going on nearby. It feels like every time we look out, there's a new building starting up. We spend our time going through files and meeting with folks who are interested in the local market. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We try to stay organized, but with all the different properties we track, the desk can get pretty messy with maps and contracts. We don't bother with polished sales pitches. We just show the flats or land and let people decide for themselves. If they have questions about the water or the roads around here, we just tell them what we know from living and working in the area. Dhanyamax Realtors is basically just us sitting in B Block, trying to help people navigate the real estate stuff without too much fuss. It's practical work, and we like it that way. We usually have the kettle on if anyone stops by.
