Chinmayi Consultancy Solutions Private Limited is run by a few of us who live nearby. Our office is a simple building that doesn't stand out much. Inside, it’s just rows of desks and some filing cabinets that have definitely seen better days. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just come in, say hello, and start working on whatever consultancy tasks are on the pile. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is around here. We handle a lot of local work and some stuff from further away. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings with agendas. We just talk across the room if something needs to be sorted out. It’s a practical way to work. We like being in the 6th Ward because it feels like a real community. We’re just regular people doing a job, making sure the paperwork is done and the clients are sorted. It’s not a complicated life, but it keeps us busy enough.
