Capsley Business Developers Private Limited is located out in Nelamangala, which is part of the Bangalore Rural area. We are at 145/20, Avani. Our building is right across from the Federal Bank on B H Road. If you are driving through Paramanna Layout, you’ll likely see the bank first. We like being a bit further out from the main city center because it’s a little less chaotic, though B H Road still gets its fair share of traffic. Our day-to-day usually involves talking to other local business owners and trying to figure out how to help things grow. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s interesting to see how many different types of businesses are popping up around here. The office is pretty quiet most mornings until the phones start ringing. We aren't the type of people to wear suits every day. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of work. Bengaluru is growing fast, and even Nelamangala is feeling it now. We’ve been in this layout for a while and have seen a lot of shops open and close. We just keep our heads down and focus on the development side of things. It’s about being useful to the community and making sure the numbers make sense. We don't bother with those big mission statements. We just try to be decent people doing a day’s work.
